About the Role
The Head of Sales will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling mazeed’s SaaS sales function, with full ownership of direct SaaS revenue growth across the UAE and GCC.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, lead, and scale the SaaS sales team (SDRs and Account Executives)
- →Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual SaaS sales targets
- →Design and implement a structured, scalable SaaS sales process
- →Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline
- →Improve conversion rates across the entire sales funnel
- →Establish clear KPIs, quotas, and performance management frameworks
- →Coach and develop the sales team to maximize performance
- →Ensure accurate CRM management, pipeline visibility, and forecasting
- →Work closely with marketing, partnership and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion
