<p>We are looking for a <strong>Growth Associate β Performance Marketing</strong> to join our User Growth team.</p>
<p>In this role, you will own and scale paid acquisition across key channels such as Google and Meta. You will be responsible for driving high-quality user growth, optimizing CAC, and ensuring efficient budget deployment.</p>
<p>This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experimentation-led thinking, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.</p>

What You will Do

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
β’
Own key acquisition metrics such as CAC, CPI, ROAS, CTR, and continuously improve efficiency
β’
Design and run experiments across creatives, audiences, and funnel stages to drive conversion improvements
β’
Collaborate closely with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with growth objectives
β’
Identify and scale new growth opportunities across channels, formats, and strategies
β’
Analyze category, product, and creative performance to unlock incremental growth
What Will You Need
β’
1β3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in consumer internet, e-commerce, or app-based businesses.
β’
Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate/partner marketing channels
β’
Solid understanding of growth metrics such as CPM, CTR, CTI, Hookrate, CAC, and attribution frameworks.
β’
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL or analytics tools is a plus
β’
Strong analytical thinking with a structured, problem-first approach strong action for bias.

Ability to operate with high ownership in a fast-paced environment.
