About the Role
We are looking for an energetic Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team at Megaport. This role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and the North and South American marketing teams to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
- →Be the subject matter expert for marketing operations in the Americas, supporting field marketing teams
- →Partner with Content and Web teams to ensure marketing automation programs and landing pages follow technical SEO best practices
- →Develop data-driven metrics and reporting to determine the ROI of digital marketing activities
- →Champion the use of digital technology and best practices within your region
- →Use your data-driven mindset to find areas where we are underperforming and test automated fixes
- →Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team, sales, and sales operations teams
- →Lead the production of inspiring digital campaigns which build the brand and drive revenue
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience working in a marketing discipline with a focus on marketing automation or marketing operations
- ✓High degree of experience with Marketo
- ✓Knowledge of Velocity Scripting or a non-Marketo equivalent
- ✓A strong attention to detail
- ✓Experience working in Salesforce to facilitate marketing operations
- ✓Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals
- ✓Experience running complex nurture/journey campaigns in a B2B context
- ✓Experience working with APIs and Webhooks
- ✓Intermediate knowledge of Zapier or an equivalent tool
- ✓High level of expertise with HTML for use in both email marketing and landing pages
- ✓Basic/Introductory knowledge of Python or knowledge of coding steps in Zapier
