About the Role
We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join Melio, now part of Xero, to make a real impact on our product and help the company scale. This role involves leading the finance team and playing a strategic role in shaping Melio's future.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the global FP&A business partners team
- →Build and maintain yearly budget, rolling forecast, and long-term models
- →Conduct monthly/quarterly tracking of budget vs. actual analysis
- →Provide value-added insights to enable senior management optimization of spending
- →Analyze business activity and trends
- →Manage and develop the current team
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A or corporate finance in a global company
- ✓Demonstrated leadership and superior analytical skills
- ✓Experience in financial model building
- ✓Excellent team management skills
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- ✓Fluency in English (spoken and written)
