About the Role
Mercor is seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for critical roles across various organizations, with a focus on the Operations team. You will partner with General Managers to find high-performing operators who will work with leading AI labs, playing a key role in scaling Mercor.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → close) across multiple organizations
- →Partner with General Managers to map out needs and implement process improvements
- →Build top-of-funnel using creative outbound, talent intelligence, and Mercor’s product
- →Coach hiring managers and interviewers on structured interviewing and decision hygiene
- →Operationalize hiring systems by tracking and optimizing key funnel metrics
- →Champion speed and quality by driving SLAs for same-day debriefs and fast offers
- →Build brand through campaigns, referrals, and events
- →Represent Mercor externally in a competitive talent market
- →Collaborate on dashboards, metrics, and process automation within recruiting systems
- →Refine technical recruiting motion as the Ops org shifts to hire more technical talent
Requirements
- ✓Experience with full-cycle recruiting across IC and leadership roles
- ✓Familiarity with a range of roles, ideally with mastery of technical roles
- ✓Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems and make data-driven decisions
- ✓Strong communication skills to work with General Managers and Mercor’s President
- ✓Confidence in representing the Mercor brand to top candidates
- ✓Familiarity with Ashby or ability to quickly adopt new tools
