Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- →Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations
- →Support data integrity by implementing data models, validation logic, and automation
- →Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms
- →Contribute to Salesforce releases and deployments, ensuring compatibility with new features
- →Troubleshoot technical incidents and implement long-term fixes
- →Participate in incident, change, and service request management
- →Maintain system health through performance tuning, security reviews, and code refactoring
- →Identify and implement automation and optimization opportunities
- →Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Salesforce development tools and platforms
- ✓Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
- ✓Experience with integrations and data flows between Salesforce and external systems
- ✓Understanding of data models, validation logic, and automation
- ✓Familiarity with APIs and middleware platforms like Mulesoft
- ✓Experience with incident, change, and service request management
- ✓Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis
