About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join Method, a company that has built a modern way to connect consumers to financial accounts. As a Product Designer, you will play an integral part in growing and evolving our design experience as our company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead project/initiatives – help define strategy, objectives, and vision for company brand, website, product design, user experience
- →Design thoughtful, intuitive interfaces that make our API effortless to use
- →Partner with the engineering team to implement features ensuring it matches your vision
- →Implement web animations and interaction-heavy product launch materials
- →Review concepts, designs, mockups, and prototypes with stakeholders through the product development cycle to improve the quality of our product and ensure value to our users
- →Propose iterations and improvements to the existing product based on qualitative and quantitative data, design best practices, and accessibility standards
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as an end-to-end designer with a proven track record of shipping high quality work (brand, visual, product, all things design!)
- ✓You have a strong portfolio that showcases the end-to-end design process, from understanding customer needs through polished visual design
- ✓Experience working in a fast-paced startup, or coming in as the first designer on the team
- ✓A strong communicator that thrives with cross-functional collaboration
