About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Michels Power, Inc. This role involves managing phases of large complex projects or multiple large-sized projects, ensuring client expectations are met and projects are completed profitably with a focus on safety performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple large-sized projects
- →Ensure all aspects of project success from initial proposal/bidding to profitable completion
- →Emphasize safety performance in all project activities
- →Maintain reliability, self-motivation, and professionalism
- →Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills
- →Work well in teams and make quick decisions
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- ✓7-10+ years of related experience
- ✓Experience working with deep foundation systems: drilled piers, driven piles, micropiles, etc.
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- ✓Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.)
- ✓Valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
- ✓Ability to travel and commit to long-term onsite projects
