About the Role

Midi Health is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making across their virtual women’s healthcare platform. This role acts as a trusted finance thought partner, helping teams understand financials and make better decisions through proactive analysis.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting and forecasting
→Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends and risks, and provide recommendations
→Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses
→Support strategic initiatives such as pricing analysis and provider capacity planning
→Partner with operational and clinical leaders to guide decision-making
→Work with Accounting on expense management and cash flow planning
→Improve financial processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
→Assist in selecting and implementing an FP&A tool
→Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial and operational data
→Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
✓4-7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role
✓Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
✓Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems and BI tools preferred
✓Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
✓Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-financial stakeholders
