About the Role

Mimica is seeking a Solution Architect to join our team. This role involves leading technical evaluations and building POC plans for our AI-powered task mining platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead demos and support technical evaluations for the Mimica platform
→Build and execute POC plans with success criteria
→Serve as the Voice of the Customer, providing insights to engineering and product teams
→Contribute to product documentation with clear explanations and how-to guides
→Partner with Marketing to deliver educational content
→Assist BDRs in identifying compelling use cases
→Nurture relationships with key decision-makers
→Act as a trusted advisor for customers, driving account growth

Requirements

✓Background in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Implementation/Management Consulting
✓Experience in delivering complex enterprise software/SaaS solutions
✓Track record of successfully managing and executing pilots and production implementations
✓Superior communication skills
✓Empathy and product intuition
✓Desire to continuously learn and improve knowledge of the platform
