About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our team at mindsquare. This role focuses on providing strategic guidance to clients and developing their Salesforce systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take strategic responsibility for multiple Salesforce clients and continuously develop their systems
- →Advise decision-makers on an equal footing and proactively identify new optimization potential in sales, service, and marketing processes
- →Guide consultants professionally in the service environment and actively pass on your experience to junior colleagues
- →Bring best practices from Managed Services and actively develop our service area
Requirements
- ✓Several years of experience in Salesforce consulting or comparable roles with direct client responsibility
- ✓Solid Salesforce knowledge, preferably with certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- ✓Experience in advising clients strategically and translating complex requirements into concrete solutions
