Key Responsibilities
- →Research and identify potential customers for Mindtickle
- →Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create awareness and interest
- →Support the team by qualifying leads and setting up discovery calls
- →Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses using internal tools
- →Respond to prospect queries with a problem-solving mindset
- →Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to learn best practices
- →Consistently work towards activity and learning goals
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience
- ✓Completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Curious, driven, and motivated by goals and outcomes
- ✓Enjoy speaking with new people and building professional relationships
- ✓Proficiency in cold calling and objection handling
- ✓Experience with sales tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, ZoomInfo
- ✓Understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
- ✓Motivated, strategic, focused, and persistent nature
