About the Role
We are looking for a TA Sourcer to join Mindtickle, a market-leading revenue productivity platform. This role will involve building talent pipelines and sourcing exceptional candidates to support product innovation and global growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet hiring goals across teams
- →Partner with Talent Partners on search strategy, market mapping, and pipeline priorities
- →Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
- →Proactively source high-quality candidates through various platforms
- →Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future needs
- →Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touchpoint through onboarding
- →Work with Talent Partners to track pipeline health and hiring timelines
- →Align with internal stakeholders on hiring priorities and expectations
- →Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers to review sourcing effectiveness
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in product companies or startups
- ✓Strong hands-on sourcing expertise across social and professional platforms
- ✓Technical acumen and functional understanding of roles
- ✓Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a pod model
- ✓High ownership mindset with strong execution capability
- ✓Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with tight timelines
