About the Role
MinIO is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to manage and optimize their marketing, sales, and revenue technology stack. This role ensures data integrity and seamless system integrations across the GTM ecosystem, working closely with various departments to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own day-to-day administration of the GTM tech stack including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- →Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system hygiene
- →Maintain data quality, deduplication, and normalization processes
- →Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities
- →Support campaign execution through list management, segmentation, and QA
- →Partner with Marketing to ensure accurate campaign attribution and tracking
- →Design, implement, and maintain integrations between GTM systems
- →Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline, funnel, and forecasting
- →Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and change logs
Requirements
- ✓4–7+ years administering GTM or marketing operations systems in a B2B SaaS environment
- ✓Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- ✓Strong experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot
- ✓Proven experience managing lead routing and lifecycle frameworks
- ✓Experience with data enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or Apollo
- ✓Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- ✓Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth companies
- ✓Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions
- ✓Basic SQL and/or API familiarity
- ✓RevOps or Marketing Ops background
- ✓Salesforce or Marketo certifications
