Key Responsibilities

- →Manage daily social media posts across all platforms
- →Develop and implement the social media calendar for hotel and F&B accounts
- →Communicate with social media followers and respond to queries
- →Stay updated on social media best practices and emerging trends
- →Explore promotional opportunities like influencer collaborations
- →Suggest initiatives for social media campaigns to increase engagement
- →Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
- →Plan and execute campaign goals with target KPIs
- →Liaise with operational departments for promotions
- →Conduct social media audits and suggest improvements
Requirements
