Please note that all of our roles will require you to be in-person at our NYC HQ (located in Union Square) SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER Engineering at Mirage isn’t narrowly defined. As a small, collaborative team, engineers are trusted with a high degree of ownership and agency. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead and grow a world-class team of software engineers while providing clear direction and stability. You’ll be responsible for driving technical excellence, fostering growth and collaboration, and building foundational capabilities across product, infrastructure, and core platforms.
