About the Role
We are looking for a Developer Educator to join Ably's team. This role involves creating high-quality technical content to help developers understand and use Ably's products effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- →Educate and provide instruction by writing clear explanations of Ably’s technology features and APIs
- →Produce engaging educational content including documentation, guides, and code samples
- →Write and review code samples to ensure accuracy and ease of understanding
- →Improve developer experience and onboarding by removing friction from developer journeys
- →Develop a strong understanding of Ably’s platform, products, and use cases
Requirements
- ✓Proven success creating technical content for developers
- ✓Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and modern web development tools
- ✓Strong instincts for developer experience
- ✓A proactive, self-directed mindset
- ✓Experience using AI tools in your workflow
- ✓Experience at a startup or growth-stage company
