About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Agentic Infrastructure Engineer to join our Agensys team. This role involves leading by example in development processes, mentoring junior developers, and fostering relationships within open source ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Mentor junior developers, sharing expertise to help them grow professionally
- →Leverage expertise in AI, AI Agents, distributed systems, APIs, and AI-native architectures to make decisions on code and systems architectures
- →Actively engage with open source communities to cultivate relationships and champion our software solutions
- →Partner with internal development teams to ensure seamless integration of open source contributions
- →Maintain exemplary standards for all open source contributions, ensuring adherence to best practices in testing, documentation, and long-term maintainability
Requirements
- ✓Technical expertise in AI/ML, Agentic workflows and protocols
- ✓Proficiency in Python, Golang, Rust, and Kubernetes
- ✓Experience with open source communities and ecosystems
- ✓Strong background in distributed systems and APIs
- ✓Excellent mentoring and coaching abilities
