About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This role involves supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to enable informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reforecast cycles
- →Assist in building and maintaining financial models for budget and forecast scenarios
- →Participate in monthly/quarterly management reporting packs
- →Perform variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods
- →Support development and maintenance of dashboards and automated reporting solutions
- →Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and data processes
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- ✓Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- ✓Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools
- ✓Experience with Power BI and Excel Power Query
- ✓Ability to work in a multinational, geographically distributed environment
