Account Manager - Morocco at Mistral AI

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow strategic accounts in Morocco as part of Mistral AI's expansion in North Africa. This high-impact role focuses on managing and expanding existing strategic customers with significant annual contract values while positioning Mistral as a long-term AI transformation partner. You will work with major Moroccan institutions and enterprises, owning complex, multi-year engagements where AI adoption supports sovereignty, operational efficiency, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• →Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise and public sector accounts with contracts in the €1M+ annual contract value range
• →Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior executives including CEOs, CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and Transformation Directors
• →Define multi-year account strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned with clients' business priorities and digital ambitions
• →Build durable, executive-level relationships across complex organizations including banks, industrial groups, ministries, and agencies
• →Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts for new use cases, departments, subsidiaries, or agencies
• →Collaborate closely with technical and product teams to ensure successful deployments and adoption
• →Support customers through large-scale AI transformation programs in on-premises, sovereign cloud, and regulated environments
