About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Coordinator & Candidate Experience Lead to join Mistral AI. This role focuses on shaping talent acquisition processes and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage end-to-end interview coordination across global teams and time zones
→Lead candidate experience initiatives including feedback surveys and process improvements
→Oversee job postings, ATS data quality, and pipeline organization
→Assist with LinkedIn campaigns, hiring announcements, and content creation for employer branding
→Track and support employee referral programs with timely follow-ups
→Drive recruiting process improvements and document best practices
→Lead or support cross-functional talent operations projects to enhance recruitment efficiency

Requirements

✓1–2 years of experience in recruitment operations, HR coordination, or project support
✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
✓Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
✓Comfortable with spreadsheets, ATS systems, and recruiting analytics
✓Solution-oriented problem-solver who seeks to improve systems
✓Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with various teams
✓Adaptable to dynamic startup environments with willingness to take ownership
