About the Role

We are seeking our first HR Business Partner based in the US to partner closely with our CRO and GTM leadership team. This high-impact role involves shaping and scaling our GTM organization with a focus on retention, performance, and culture, ensuring our people strategy directly fuels Mistral's success in the US.

Key Responsibilities

→Align HR with business goals and provide daily HR guidance
→Consult with line management and support a positive work environment
→Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
→Create talent retention strategies and scalable training programs
→Design career paths and implement performance management processes
→Foster a culture of sustainable work-life balance

Requirements

✓Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
✓8+ years of progressive HR experience in startup or high-growth environments
✓Cross-country experience managing employee populations, especially in the US
✓Experience managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
✓Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive results
✓Experience scaling teams from 100 to 500+ employees
✓Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✓Builder mindset with proficiency in streamlining HR processes
