About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Product Manager to define and build the future of AI-agent interactions. This role focuses on designing a scalable platform approach for context and search capabilities that empower agentic capabilities while ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with broader product goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set the vision and evangelize product strategy for Context & Search approach
- →Lead market and UX research to uncover unmet needs and competitive whitespaces
- →Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch and iteration
- →Partner with design and research to craft intuitive, high-impact experiences
- →Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies including pricing and positioning
- →Align engineering, design and business teams around priorities and timelines
- →Maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers quick wins while advancing long-term bets
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience with focus on Search/Context/Connectors in B2B/Enterprise space
- ✓Understanding of technical trade-offs and ability to partner effectively with engineering teams
- ✓Relentless focus on solving real user problems backed by data and qualitative insights
- ✓Proven ability to align and inspire engineering, design, and go-to-market teams without direct authority
- ✓Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on problem-solving
- ✓Crisp, persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and users
- ✓Thrive in high-velocity, dynamic settings where priorities shift quickly
- ✓Low ego with high EQ and ability to build trust and drive decisions
