About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust features with seamless front-end and back-end integration
- →Prioritize user experience to ensure products meet user needs and expectations
- →Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and participate in code reviews
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers
- →Tackle complex technical challenges and develop efficient solutions to improve performance and reliability
- →Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in AI and software development
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- ✓Proficiency in Python
- ✓Comfortable shipping products end-to-end
- ✓Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Low ego and team spirit mindset
- ✓Autonomous and self-starter attitude
- ✓Ideal experience with AI products (particularly LLMs), distributed systems, monitoring/alerting, JavaScript/TypeScript, and UX development
