Mitek Systems is looking for a Project Manager to lead client-facing delivery for customers. This role is part of our cross-functional delivery team in Mexico and is accountable for executing client deliverables--enhancements, upgrades, regional expansions, remediation, and operational improvements--within a regulated, customer-driven environment.Â

You will partner with Product, Customer Success, Support, Engineering, QA, Operations, Compliance, and client stakeholders to plan and deliver work with predictable timelines, clear scope control, and strong communication. Â
What You Will Do (Essential Responsibilities):
• Own end-to-end delivery plans for client initiatives (enhancements, new features/modules, configuration changes, upgrades, performance/reliability work, compliance-driven changes).
• Lead client governance and execution: recurring status calls, stakeholder alignment, RAID management, action/decision tracking, and executive-ready reporting.
• Manage client deliverables across the lifecycle: requirements clarification, solution alignment, release planning, test coordination (SIT/UAT), production readiness, deployment coordination, and hypercare.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Ops, Security/Compliance, and external partners to meet committed client timelines.
• Manage dependencies and blockers across teams; escalate with clear impacts, options, and recommended actions.
• Run change control for active client work: scope changes, timeline impacts, priority shifts, and customer communications in partnership with internal leadership.
• Coordinate operational readiness: access, environments, documentation, runbooks, monitoring expectations, and incident response alignment.
• Partner with Support/Operations on production issues that require structured delivery follow-up (root cause tracking, corrective actions, client communication cadence, and closure).
• Ensure all deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and are properly documented (release notes, implementation notes, operational guidance).
What You Will Need (Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
• 4+ years of client delivery Project Management experience for existing customers (SaaS, API/platform integrations, enterprise software).
• Proven ability to manage post-launch delivery: change requests, upgrades, product rollouts, reliability programs, and multi-team execution.
• Strong experience running client-facing delivery governance and producing crisp status reporting (milestones, risks, decisions, and next actions).
• Familiarity with regulated or risk-sensitive domains is a plus (identity, fraud, fintech, banking, payments).
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery and release processes; able to coordinate across sprint teams and shared services.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet/MS Project (or equivalent).
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
