About the Role
We are seeking Junior Administrative Support Specialists to provide essential administrative and student-support services for the Naval Postgraduate School’s Extended Campus programs. These roles support academic operations, student services, scheduling, and program coordination within a higher-education environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide administrative and student support for academic programs and faculty.
- →Assist with student records, enrollment coordination, and academic scheduling.
- →Maintain databases, student information systems, and program documentation.
- →Support the preparation of correspondence, forms, and administrative reports.
- →Coordinate meetings, events, and academic activities as needed.
- →Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to institutional processes.
- →Serve as a reliable point of contact for faculty, staff, and students.
Requirements
- ✓3 years of administrative student support experience in an institution of higher education.
- ✓BA/BS degree in administration, logistics, or a related professional discipline.
- ✓Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
