Requirements
- ✓Cloud & Distributed Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience building and maintaining distributed systems in AWS and serverless architectures
- ✓Technical Leadership & Solution Design: Proven ability to lead Principal Developers, design robust solutions, and manage complex production systems
- ✓Reliability & Observability: Skilled in implementing end-to-end observability, incident management practices, and continuous reliability improvements
- ✓Security & Data Privacy: Strong understanding of security principles, critical data management, and vulnerability management
- ✓People Leadership & Collaboration: Experienced in guiding dispersed teams, fostering collaboration, and managing performance, growth plans, hiring, onboarding, and feedback processes
