About the Role

We are seeking a Vice President for Life Sciences Professional Services PMO to lead the end-to-end execution, governance, and performance management of Model N's Life Sciences Professional Services delivery portfolio. This executive role focuses on scaling, modernizing, and operationalizing global services delivery while driving transformation to improve customer outcomes and accelerate time-to-value.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead a centralized Life Sciences Professional Services PMO responsible for onboarding, implementation, and enterprise deployment programs
→Ensure services are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with contractual commitments and regulatory requirements
→Serve as executive escalation point for complex, at-risk, or high-profile Life Sciences customer engagements
→Define and enforce modern project management methodologies, delivery playbooks, and lifecycle standards
→Oversee the full Life Sciences Professional Services delivery portfolio with effective prioritization and risk management
→Lead transformation of delivery models to improve scalability, consistency, and speed to value
→Champion adoption of AI and automation within Professional Services to improve forecasting and delivery efficiency
→Partner with Services Operations and Finance to manage utilization, capacity planning, margins, and forecasting
→Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance metrics including time-to-value and customer satisfaction
→Lead and scale a high-performing global PMO team with talent development and performance management

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
✓15+ years of experience leading Professional Services delivery and PMO functions within enterprise SaaS or technology services
✓Experience supporting Life Sciences customers in regulated, compliance-heavy environments strongly preferred
✓Proven track record driving transformation of services delivery models while maintaining execution rigor
✓Deep understanding of Professional Services economics including utilization, margin management, and forecasting
✓Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior customer stakeholders and internal executives
✓Highly analytical, data-driven leader with strong operational judgment
✓Familiarity with leveraging AI and automation to improve delivery efficiency and time-to-value
✓Ability to travel 10-20%
