About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Lifecycle Executive to coordinate customer marketing campaigns and build engaging, personalized experiences. This role focuses on end-to-end management of customer journeys using owned channels to drive engagement, improve retention, and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute and iterate end-to-end CRM lifecycle programs including email, in-app messages, push notifications, and on-platform messaging
- →Collaborate with the CRM Lifecycle Manager to execute the lifecycle roadmap across Wealth, Savings, and Homebuying
- →Utilize data and segmentation models to deliver targeted messages through the most effective channels
- →Prepare and distribute post-campaign performance reports with actionable insights
- →Implement A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness through structured testing
- →Support channel measurement for automated campaigns and report on performance
- →Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Insight teams for alignment and execution
Requirements
- ✓2-3 years of relevant CRM experience in a consumer-facing environment
- ✓Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as Braze to build and execute campaigns
- ✓Ability to translate customer needs and insights into meaningful, actionable strategy
- ✓Capable of building data infrastructure and designing experiments with stakeholders
- ✓Experience in project managing multiple work streams with effective prioritization
- ✓Highly detail-oriented, diligent, and methodical approach
- ✓Basic knowledge of HTML and CMS systems preferred
- ✓Genuine interest in Moneybox and the services offered
- ✓Proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ✓Collaborative team player who can take feedback
- ✓Great communicator with a passion for work and people
