About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Design Lead to join our growing team and take our brand and creative function to new heights. As the most senior designer on the Brand and Creative team, you will oversee the strategic development and end-to-end execution of all brand and creative design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

→Oversee the Moneybox visual identity and set design standards for all brand and creative assets
→Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver advertisements, content, and design assets
→Manage a small team of designers, taking responsibility for their output and career development
→Lead creative brainstorming sessions and pitch creative concepts in response to briefs and business targets
→Act as a brand guardian, maintaining and evolving brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
→Establish design workflows, processes, and tools to maximize team speed, quality, and output
→Manage relationships with external freelancers and provide clear creative direction
→Track design and advertising performance against KPIs and use data to optimize creative solutions
→Champion the brand across the organization and advocate for polished, accessible brand experiences

Requirements

✓8+ years of experience in Brand and Creative design with both conceptual and hands-on capabilities
✓Portfolio of beautifully crafted designs spanning digital, print, and advertising
✓Mastery of brand design principles, tools, and methodologies
✓Strong conceptual skills with a holistic view of creative responses considering motion, copy, and design
✓2+ years of management experience with a track record of mentoring designers
✓Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
✓Clear communication skills to articulate design rationale effectively
✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment using lightweight processes and quick iteration
✓Full ownership of work with attention to detail and eagerness to learn new skills
