About the Role
We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to build organizational capability, strengthen leadership excellence, and embed a high-performance culture. This strategic role involves designing scalable learning initiatives, supporting organizational transformation, and developing a strong internal talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the organization-wide L&D strategy to drive performance and cultural alignment
- →Partner with senior leaders to assess capability needs and deliver targeted interventions
- →Refine company-wide progression frameworks to ensure clear growth pathways
- →Strengthen internal succession pipelines by enabling future leader readiness
- →Develop and execute culture and engagement initiatives including leadership offsites
- →Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on performance and talent development
- →Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing L&D programs for effectiveness and impact
- →Manage the organization-wide L&D budget with focus on measurable ROI
Requirements
- ✓7+ years experience in fast-paced tech organizations in OD, L&D, or Enablement roles
- ✓Experience designing and implementing OD/L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals
- ✓Experience building business cases and measuring program effectiveness on business outcomes
- ✓Experience designing, developing, and delivering engaging and impactful training
- ✓Demonstrated success leading complex, human-centered organizational change initiatives
- ✓Exceptional influencing and consultation skills with track record of partnering with leaders
- ✓Trained and qualified Coach with Postgraduate Diploma or higher in coaching
- ✓Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Organizational Development or related field desirable
