About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations & Strategy Associate to join MongoDB. This role involves driving strategic and operational initiatives across the company, working at the intersection of operations, analytics, finance, and product management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives to identify and execute against opportunities to improve our business
- →Partner with go-to-market teams to develop and implement coherent strategies and business plans
- →Apply strategy and operations experience to uncover operational issues and drive process improvements
- →Conduct ad-hoc analysis in support of cross-functional stakeholders and executive management
- →Embed yourself with other teams to understand business needs and inform analysis
- →Effectively communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS degree
- ✓2+ years of experience in business strategy and operations, preferably as a management consultant or in a technology company
- ✓Proven track record of using data to drive business decisions
- ✓Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize strategic insights
- ✓Confidence using SQL for data manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus
- ✓Ability to move quickly and iterate on analyses
- ✓Advanced Excel and Google Slides or PowerPoint skills
- ✓Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in a self-guided manner
