About the Role
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join Grab's Supply Planning team. This role focuses on enhancing the experience of driver partners through strategic, data-driven instructions and incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and requirements about driver repositioning, activation and incentivisation
- →Translate business problems into data science problems and design potential solutions
- →Retrieve and analyse relevant data for exploratory analysis, feasibility studies, and solution prototyping
- →Develop and deploy scalable data science solutions and measure their impact via experiments
- →Build dashboards to monitor the health of DS systems and continuously maintain and improve solutions
Requirements
- ✓Experience with big data technologies
- ✓Knowledge of deep learning, reinforcement learning, and optimisation models
- ✓Ability to translate business problems into data science problems
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
