About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Operations Manager to join MongoDB’s Growth Marketing team. This role will act as a force multiplier in accelerating MongoDB’s PLG-led self-serve business, supporting organizational clarity, driving high-impact cross-functional initiatives, and strengthening operational rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead special projects and translate high-level concepts into structured programs, proposals, and decision-ready recommendations
- →Own the operating cadence for the business: weekly business reviews, quarterly planning, retros, OKR alignment, and cross-functional syncs
- →Build lightweight processes that increase velocity and accountability; dismantle or streamline processes that no longer scale
- →Track progress on key PLG/growth metrics and ensure insights reach the right owners
- →Draft executive-ready content for senior leadership
- →Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring Growth Marketing’s learnings across the organization and leverage insights from other teams in our tactics
- →Synthesize data, insights, and product signals into clear narratives that support decision-making
Requirements
- ✓6-8 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, strategy, operations, consulting, or similar
- ✓Experience in PLG, SaaS, or developer/technical audiences is a plus
- ✓Strong bias for action and ability to create clarity from ambiguity
- ✓Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓An owner mentality - you take complete ownership of your tasks and champion efforts to get them to completion
- ✓Ability to context-switch between strategic thinking and operational detail
- ✓High EQ, executive presence, and storytelling fluency
