About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the Atlas Clusters Organization at MongoDB. This role involves building MongoDB Atlas, our database-as-a-service offering, and involves developing software to interface with major cloud providers.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓At least 6 years of professional software development experience
- ✓At least 3 years of people management experience
- ✓Experience leading engineering teams that have built and maintained large scale systems
- ✓Skills in writing large-scale, distributed backend systems in a compiled language
- ✓Experience with at least one major cloud provider technology
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Curiosity, collaboration, and motivation
