About the Role
CI&T is seeking a Software Architect to join our team. This role involves designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures, as well as developing and maintaining high-performance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Participate actively in the definition and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures
- →Develop and maintain high-performance systems, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to business requirements
- →Solve complex problems, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and propose innovative solutions
- →Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to align deliveries with strategic objectives
- →Optimize system performance and resolve challenges related to availability, security, and software architecture
- →Ensure software quality through manual and automated testing
- →Document test processes and results to ensure transparency and traceability
- →Implement and maintain test automation frameworks aligned with development practices
Requirements
- ✓Solid experience with back-end development, focusing on technologies such as Java 8+ (Spring Boot) and Node.js
- ✓Advanced knowledge of microservices architectures and RESTful API design
- ✓Expertise in caching and system optimization techniques
- ✓Expertise in software development best practices, including Clean Code and Hexagonal Architecture
- ✓Experience in test-driven development (TDD/BDD) and use of test automation tools
- ✓Experience in performance, security, and integration testing
- ✓Familiarity with test management and reporting tools
- ✓Proficiency in modeling and developing systems with microservices
- ✓Expertise in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
- ✓Experience with technologies such as containers (Docker), queues, and messaging (RabbitMQ and Kafka, pub/sub)
- ✓Proficiency in using CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and agile development practices
- ✓Familiarity with observability tools, such as ELK
- ✓Knowledge of public clouds (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- ✓Knowledge of AI.
