About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and systems-oriented Startup Program Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of the MongoDB for Startups Program. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who excels at creating structure in high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end operational management of the MongoDB for Startups application process
- →Evaluate applications to ensure alignment with program criteria
- →Ensure approved startups receive appropriate credit allocations and resources
- →Serve as the primary point of contact for startup program inquiries
- →Build and maintain reporting infrastructure to track program metrics
- →Support startup marketing through lead management and engagement workflows
- →Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps
- →Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
Requirements
- ✓5–8 years of experience in program management and operations
- ✓Experience communicating directly with customers and managing high volumes of inquiries
- ✓Experience managing structured, global, tiered programs at scale
- ✓Strong analytical capabilities with experience building dashboards
- ✓Deep operational discipline with attention to detail
- ✓Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
- ✓Excellent written communication skills
