About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to join MongoDB's IT Go-to-Market organization. This role will help drive technology initiatives that support Sales, Marketing, and deal strategy with a strong emphasis on high-impact Cross functional GTM and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively keep stakeholders informed and clearly articulate risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations
- →Create concise briefs and presentations tailored to stakeholder needs
- →Track workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive tasks to closure
- →Lead the planning and execution of large, cross-functional programs
- →Leverage technical acumen and analytical skills to drive technical programs forward
- →Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholder groups
- →Expand knowledge into new domains as called upon
- →Embody MongoDB's core values and leadership principles
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of experience in a PMO and/or engineering organization leading complex cross-functional technical programs
- ✓3+ years of IT and/or engineering background
- ✓Proven experience managing large, complex, technology-enabled programs supporting Go-to-Market stakeholders
- ✓Strong understanding of GTM functions, CRM platforms, and Lead-to-Quote processes
- ✓Demonstrated ability to work closely with Product Managers and engineering teams
- ✓Skilled at partnering with business stakeholders to break down engineering challenges
- ✓Capable of participating in product reviews and design discussions
- ✓Adept in use of AI in Program management for reporting, task tracking and day to day operations
- ✓Skilled at communicating across a diverse set of engineers and stakeholders
- ✓Trained in working with project tracking software (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet PPM, GSuite etc)
- ✓Familiar with MongoDB or a comparable technology
