About the Role
We are seeking a FP&A Lead to partner with our Global Corporate Finance Group and business leaders to build and scale a modern planning and reporting framework. This role will deliver automated, integrated, real-time insights across revenue, headcount, and cost drivers, turning data into clear recommendations that support faster, smarter decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and evolve an integrated planning and reporting framework to support revenue, personnel costs, and indirect costs
- →Develop automated and real-time reporting for key financial and operational drivers
- →Partner with Sales and Client Management to support revenue planning, pricing strategy, and project valuation
- →Build and maintain financial models to improve forecasting accuracy
- →Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- →Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on assumptions and targets
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A, preferably in tech
- ✓Strong expertise in revenue planning, pricing strategies, and project valuation
- ✓Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- ✓English proficiency at C1 level or above
- ✓Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- ✓Familiarity with ERPs and reporting tools like NetSuite or SAP
- ✓Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive outcomes
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Collaborative, proactive, and stakeholder-oriented approach
