About the RoleAs a Designer, you will develop innovative visual assets across digital and print channels. This role requires balancing speed, craft, and scale while leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance creativity and production. Youβll create high-quality work that resonates across multiple platforms, contributing to a nimble, forward-thinking team and bringing ideas to life from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:

Create style proposals, concept mockups, and prototypes to initiate design projects across digital and print campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet client expectations and align with brand guidelines.

Study and apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs.
β’
Execute art direction while contributing innovative ideas, inspiration, and best practices to elevate the creative process.
β’
Translate creative briefs into clear design approaches that guide execution.
β’
Ensure pixel-perfect execution across formats, maintaining high quality standards at all times.
β’
Design and adapt assets for digital channels (social media, display, motion) as well as print materials (POS, retail, and marketing collateral).
β’
Explore and integrate AI tools into the design workflow to enhance ideation, iteration, and production efficiency.
β’
Stay on top of cultural and visual trends to create relevant and engaging work across platforms.
β’
Elevate storytelling through design, combining aesthetics and functionality across static and motion formats.
β’
Contribute to pitch work through ideation and development of compelling visual proposals.
β’
Support production teams in quality assurance across multi-market rollouts.
About You
The essentials:
β’
3β5 years of experience as a Designer working across digital, print, and advertising materials.
β’
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects is a plus.
β’
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., generative image tools, automation workflows) and curiosity to experiment with them.
β’
Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital and print, demonstrating versatility and craft.
β’
Experience across the full design process, from concept development to final execution and delivery.
β’
Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, grid systems, interaction, layout, and storytelling.
β’
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
β’
Confidence presenting and articulating design decisions.
β’
Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
β’
Understanding of social media dynamics and how to create engaging content for different platforms.
β’
Awareness of cultural trends and their impact on creative work.
