About the Role
The Account Manager is a key contributor to successful project execution for one of Monks' main auto clients. This role involves overseeing project timelines, budgets, and execution details while serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate creative development including scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and ensuring delivery of final materials
- →Manage multiple workstreams through production and client management
- →Collaborate with internal and external teams from project conception to completion
- →Organize and maintain project details and backup information
- →Maintain project status reports and client-facing documents
- →Meet quality, productivity, and timeliness standards
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in digital creative or production in an agency setting
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- ✓Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail
- ✓Solutions-oriented approach with curiosity
- ✓Ability to operate in evolving team environments
- ✓Eagerness to learn about the automotive industry
- ✓Understanding of client financials and budget management
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience with project management tools
- ✓Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred
- ✓This role is subject to Monks' Return to Office policy, requiring in-office work for those within commuting distance of office locations.
