About the Role
Media.Monks is looking for a Senior Community Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will set and implement social media and communication campaigns for a tech brand, aligning with their communication strategies. The ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who creates impactful work by authentically engaging with communities and developing content based on insights.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with data and creative teams to create strategically informed content
- →Translate social trends into relevant content for clients
- →Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client visibility
- →Set and implement social media and communication campaigns
- →Manage the content calendar and schedule posts
- →Preview outbound social content
- →Capture and edit original content on mobile devices
- →Develop quick, low-fidelity videos, GIFs, and visual content
- →Source and recommend engagement opportunities
- →Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews
- →Ensure social media channels maintain brand consistency
- →Stay updated with cultural and social trends
- →Analyze brand conversations and participate proactively
- →Develop effective results for client KPIs
- →Identify insights from consumer conversations for content creation
Requirements
- ✓5-7 years of experience in Community Management
- ✓Knowledge of social media best practices
- ✓Ability to identify and track community metrics
- ✓Familiarity with social listening tools and digital reports
- ✓Experience managing CMS
- ✓Experience developing community management strategies
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Strong organizational and QA skills
- ✓Comfortable interacting with clients
- ✓Strong attention to detail
- ✓Familiarity with scheduling and social listening tools
- ✓Ability to gather strategic insights from listening
