Key Responsibilities
- →Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and release plans to support on-time delivery
- →Coordinate communication, documentation, and task management across Product, Engineering, QA, and external stakeholders
- →Maintain actionable backlogs, tickets, and delivery artifacts (e.g., Jira boards, Confluence documentation)
- →Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers; create contingency plans as needed
- →Escalate critical issues early and provide risk assessments to guide leadership decisions
- →Deliver clear reporting, dashboards, and status updates tailored to technical and business audiences
- →Track and report project financials including revenue, costs, and margins
- →Manage scope changes while protecting core project goals and delivery commitments
- →Balance competing priorities and optimize resource allocation in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience managing cross-functional technical/software projects from initiation through delivery
- ✓Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods (Scrum and/or Kanban) and modern software development lifecycles
- ✓Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and/or Smartsheet
- ✓Strong financial acumen with the ability to track and communicate margins, revenue, costs, and project health
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to adapt messaging for technical and business stakeholders
- ✓English level: B2+
