About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our special task force at Monks. This role focuses on managing the successful delivery of digital advertising assets, liaising between client leads and internal teams, and ensuring milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage fast-moving digital creative projects
- →Liaise between client leads and teams to ensure milestone completion
- →Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating Creative, Copywriting, Data, Strategy, and Design teams
- →Balance resources and workload, ensuring projects are delivered on time
- →Ensure deadlines are met and flag unattainable ones upfront
- →Brief team members on delivery objectives and keep stakeholders informed
- →Schedule, track, and prioritize assignments
- →Evaluate finished projects to improve processes and work streams
Requirements
- ✓Excellent project management skills with a focus on client relationship management
- ✓2-3 years of experience in digital advertising or production
- ✓Flawless organizational skills with projects from start to finish
- ✓Ability to manage expectations for both client and internal teams
- ✓Experience working with media plans and managing the launch of digital ad campaigns
- ✓Proficient communicator with clear updates on project development
- ✓Solid scoping skills for accurate timings and resource estimates
- ✓Acquaintance with the post-production of film, image, and animation assets for social media
- ✓Upper Intermediate English proficiency
