About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our team. This role involves contributing to multiple projects, responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance backend systems and sophisticated cloud infrastructure. You will serve as a technical expert, guiding teams and mentoring engineers.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and lead the technical vision for complex client projects
→Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable backend services and APIs
→Serve as a subject matter expert across our core backend stack
→Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS
→Provide expert guidance for client systems built on established stacks
→Drive engineering quality through code reviews and mentorship
→Partner directly with clients to understand their needs

Requirements

✓14+ years of professional experience in software engineering
✓Strong experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade services
✓Deep expertise in AWS cloud services and Kubernetes
✓Proven track record of implementing robust CI/CD pipelines
✓Expert-level understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
