About the Role
We are looking for a Client Activation Associate to join our Account Operations department. This role focuses on managing cross-platform partnerships with clients and activating integrated marketing partnerships from development to delivery across experiential, branded, custom, video, and audio products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, organize, and manage client campaigns from start to finish
- →Collaborate with Pre-Sale Marketing Teams, Sales, Account Manager, and Post-Sale Creative Studios to ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget
- →Schedule production kickoffs and manage creative check-ins with internal teams
- →Co-lead client calls and provide white glove client service to ensure client retention
- →Create production timelines for assigned campaigns and communicate with internal teams
- →Produce best-in-class content with the client’s objectives in mind and act as an interpreter of client feedback
- →Route third party invoices to Accounts Payable and record actualized costs in master budget tracker
- →Update and maintain team trackers, indexes, and other shared team docs
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years project management experience in media working with cross-functional teams in a digital or creative environment
- ✓Self-starter who thrives in both independent and collaborative work with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Detail-oriented team player with outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects and internal work relationships
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Pragmatic, enthusiastic, and empathetic attitude
