About the Role
Morning Brew is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the VP of Talent Acquisition and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This contract role is based in New York City and requires in-office presence 2-3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for contract roles
- →Assist with recruiting and management for the internship program
- →Manage high-volume interview scheduling and logistics
- →Utilize diversity job platforms to post job descriptions and source candidates
- →Ensure seamless in-person interview days including greeting candidates and prepping rooms
- →Assist with planning and logistics for recruiting and DEI events
- →Assist with weekly recruiting metrics, reports, and dashboards
Requirements
- ✓3-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related field preferred
- ✓Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- ✓Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ✓Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- ✓Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
- ✓Deep appreciation for people, culture, and values
- ✓Ability to work four days per week in the New York City office
