About the Role
Moss is seeking a Team Lead Account Executive for the Netherlands to combine individual sales excellence with commercial leadership. This role will drive growth and performance across the NL market while collaborating with SDR, Customer Success, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Operate as a player–coach in the NL market, managing the full sales cycle as a quota-carrying seller
- →Lead high-quality discovery and demo conversations to position Moss as a strategic finance partner
- →Maintain CRM discipline and drive pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and structured deal reviews
- →Act as a sparring partner on strategic deals and support the development of Account Executives
- →Partner with SDR, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and leadership to align on market strategy
Requirements
- ✓3+ years experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS or FinTech
- ✓Strong full sales cycle and solution selling capabilities
- ✓Commercial maturity and leadership potential
- ✓Ownership of pipeline, targets, and market performance
- ✓Customer focus and gravitas with senior stakeholders
- ✓Strategic and analytical thinking
