About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join Beast Industries, the media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast). This role involves building teams across content, production, operations, and corporate functions as the company scales rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead full-cycle recruiting across content, production, operations, and corporate roles
→Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria for roles
→Run fast, focused hiring processes while maintaining high talent standards
→Proactively source candidates from creative, operational, and non-traditional backgrounds
→Build talent pipelines for roles requiring creativity, execution, and leadership
→Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers with market insights
→Improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools as the company grows

Requirements

✓4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in media, entertainment, tech, or high-growth startups
✓Track record of hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments
✓Exceptional sourcing skills with ability to find candidates off the beaten path
✓Comfort working with ambiguity, evolving roles, and fast-paced leadership
✓Strong talent assessment instincts beyond just reviewing resumes
✓Excellent communication and closing skills
✓Deep interest in creators, content, and internet culture
