About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join Beast Industries, a multifaceted media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast). This role involves building teams behind the biggest content and businesses on YouTube, working across content, production, operations, and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead full-cycle recruiting across content, production, operations, and corporate roles
→Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria for roles
→Run fast, focused hiring processes that balance urgency with a high bar for talent
→Proactively source candidates from creative, operational, and non-traditional backgrounds
→Build pipelines for roles that blend creativity, execution, and leadership
→Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering market insights and feedback
→Improve recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools as the company grows

Requirements

✓4-6 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in media, entertainment, tech or high-growth startups
✓Strong track record of hiring high performers in fast-moving, creative environments
✓Exceptional sourcing skills and willingness to find candidates in unconventional places
✓Comfort working with ambiguity, evolving roles, and fast-moving leaders
✓Strong instincts for talent, culture, and potential
✓Clear communicator with strong closing abilities
✓Deep interest in creators, content, internet culture
